At Bright Beginnings Stories, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

Signed Books & Bundles All signed copies of Brave Buddy's Big Mission, Monkey in the Middle, and the Brave Buddy Bundle are final sale. Because each book is personally signed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on these items.

Brave Buddy Plushie We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return To request a return, please contact us at info@brightbeginningsstories.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
